Returns Policy

Returns are governed by Terms and Conditions shown below. We may at times request photographic evidence of the goods received. You must always obtain a certificate of posting when sending items back to us. A restocking charge of 25% may be applied to goods returned.

Goods which do not match those that you ordered: You must contact us by email (info@chemistextra.co.uk)within 3 days of receipt of goods explaining your reasons for return. We will then contact you explaining our returns/refunds/replacement procedure.  Once we have received your return we will inspect all goods and then contact you. All goods must be unopened and undamaged.

14.1

Goods received that are damaged, faulty or missing parts: You must contact us by email (info@chemistextra.co.uk) within 3 days of receipt of goods detailing the items that have been received damaged or missing parts . We will then contact you explaining our returns/refunds/replacement procedure. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged.

14.2
Chemist Extra reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:
14.2.1 Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;
14.2.2 Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
14.2.3 Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.
